What information do I need before booking?

If you have a copy of your current contract or recent bill, that’s helpful, but it’s not essential. We’ll let you know exactly what we need once you’ve booked.

Can you tell me if my contract is due to renew?

Yes. We’ll identify your contract end date, explain your notice period and let you know if you’re at risk of automatic renewal.

What if I’m already inside my notice period?

Don’t assume you’ve run out of options. We’ll review your contract and explain what your next steps could be based on your circumstances.

Can you help if I’m tied into a long-term agreement?

Yes. We’ll explain your options and, where appropriate, discuss whether a contract buyout could help you move sooner, subject to status and your remaining contract term.

What is a telecom contract buyout?

A contract buyout is where we may contribute towards the remaining cost of your existing agreement to help you switch. Any buyout is subject to status and the terms of your current contract.

Will I have to switch to Enconvo?

How long does the review take?

The review will largely depend on the number of services and the complexity of the contract with your existing provider. We aim to have your contract review completed within 2-3 weeks.
