Chartered Surveyors, Collier Stevens, were established in 1995 to provide client friendly, easy to understand and fairly charged professional legal advice. As such, they needed a telecoms provider that enabled them to work wonders in a secure and professional manner.
Having been an Enconvo customer for over 7 years after looking for a new provider to meet their growing needs, Collier Stevens make use of the Enconvo Contact cloud phone system to ensure their teams can work from anywhere, anytime, to fully support their clients.
As Chartered Surveyors, the Collier Stevens’ team required a softphone application that they could access via their laptops or mobile phones and, when speaking about the Enconvo Contact softphone app, Collier Stevens founder Steven Way said
“The bespoke Enconvo Contact app works much better than generic, white-labelled apps that we’ve used previously. We really like using the softphones on the laptops”.
The technology Collier Stevens use doesn’t stop with the softphone application. The phone system itself, converged with the softphone, was described as “crucial” to the success of the company and “business critical”. It allowed the chartered surveyors to work remotely throughout the lockdowns without any problems. It was described as “working a treat”.
We asked Steven about the main benefits his company found from using our solutions and he said
“Our solution does exactly what we want it to do. We can manage the phone system easily and we can transfer the calls around the company easily even when working remotely. What we like most is the flexibility the system gives us.”
