Job Title: Customer Service Co-Ordinator
Location: Telford – Midlands
Salary:
£24,000 to £26,000 DOE
Reporting to: Inbound Service Support Team Leader
Permanent Position –Full-time (37.5 hours per week)

The Opportunity:

This is more than just a customer service role. You will be the first point of contact for our customers across phone, email, WhatsApp, and our support systems, helping them get the most from their services.

You will take ownership of queries, provide first-line solutions where possible, and work with internal teams or suppliers to resolve more complex issues. On top of this, you will spot opportunities to enhance customer satisfaction and support business growth.

What You’ll Be Doing as a Customer Service Co-Ordinator:

  • Act as the first point of contact for customers across multiple channels, delivering a professional and responsive service
  • Resolve customer queries including faults, billing issues, complaints, account support, and service changes
  • Provide first-line technical support and rectify common issues efficiently
  • Proactively engage with customers to understand their needs and identify opportunities for additional products or services
  • Manage orders and service changes accurately and on time
  • Liaise with internal teams and third-party suppliers to resolve complex issues
  • Maintain accurate customer records in our systems
  • Continuously improve your knowledge of Enconvo’s products and services
  • Contribute to improving customer service processes and overall customer experience

 

Who we are looking for:

  • Previous B2B customer service experience (telecoms experience is a plus but not essential)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to build rapport with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving skills with confidence to take ownership of queries
  • Customer-first mindset with commercial awareness
  • Comfortable working across multiple communication channels
  • Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Positive, proactive attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
